W4 is the process of taking people from being outside the family of God to the place where they are bringing others through the process as well. This only happens as each one of us uses his or her spiritual gifts to help the Body of Christ move forward.

We all have a spiritual gift.

“Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it. And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then workers of miracles, also those having gifts of healing, those able to help others, those with gifts of administration, and those speaking in different kinds of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? But eagerly desire the greater gifts. And now I will show you the most excellent way.” 1 Corinthians 12:27-31

There are no small gifts and no small acts of service. In the Body of Christ every act of service makes the body stronger. Across America churches are dying because Christians have failed to recognize that God has a plan for their lives and they do not serve.

God has a plan for you.

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10

You were made to serve and in Weeks 4 and 5 you will be taken through a process to help you discover your gifts and how they can be used in this church.
