THE PUBLIC LIFE OF SISSY PIKE Girls ages 8 and up will enjoy meeting Sissy Pike. Episode #1 New Girl in Town. Sissy's life has become a whirlwind of change. Sissy's father becomes the Pastor of a church in the Midwest. And the move from funky California to the heartland of the Midwest brings on a new kind of culture shock for Sissy. In the end , she learns that moderation and kindness can make the worst situations tolerable.
